When will I receive my order?

Please note that, due to an unusually high volume of orders, we are experiencing delays in order fulfillment and shipping.  

Website orders are fulfilled and shipped from our Vermont warehouse. USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 5–7 business days within the U.S. but may be experiencing delays due to the holidays.  

You can check the status of your order by going to your Account and viewing Recent Orders, or by going to the Check Order Status page and entering your name, order confirmation number, and email address or zip code. If your order has been assigned a tracking number and you have questions about delivery, please reach out to the carrier for more information.
